About Winston Ko

Winston Ko is the Chairman and President of Union Vision Mission. Mr. Ko has served 12 years on each of the following nonprofit boards: Board of Trustees for Azusa Pacific University, World Vision U.S., and World Vision International, a global Christian humanitarian organization. Mr. Ko has been active in church leadership for over fifty years.

Mr. Ko is the Chairman, CEO and the Founder of Kowin Companies, including KM Biotech, Inc. and Genervon Biopharmaceuticals. Mr. Ko is an international businessman with extensive strategic and management experience in multiple sectors of industry, including biopharmaceutical, domestic and international real estate development and multiple industrial investments. Mr. Ko is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and received his MBA from the University of Southern California.

UVM missionaries give Bible training to about 10,000 pastors across East Africa (as of June 2025).
